Incentive

Precept according to which the organization makes sure of the real motivation of all these elements

Introduction to the notion

Incentive precept
The incentive is the active phase of the motivation work. Once the actors’ motivations are known, it remains to bring them closer to the objectives and needs of the enterprise, then to find the arrangement that best satisfies all parties. On an ethical level, negotiating values starts this task of mutual adjustment, a task made easier when the ethical model of the enterprise is available. It is continued by more common proposals in human resources management (the incentives).
