Through the “Process” chapter, the methodology deals with the collective organization questions of the transformation.
Every process brings an answer to the question "How to work (transform, develop, administer…)?", at a collective level.

We distinguish two types of processes, according to their reach?:

The first applies to software development projects. In the Praxeme philosophy, all the initial effort is aimed at compensating for the shortcomings of the project mode, by integrating the global reach factor in this stage of the work.
The second applies to the Enterprise System in its entirety.

Other processes are conceivable. Praxeme proposes for example:

  • Innop, a phased approach for innovation projects or those which are highly uncertain.
  • the "Build the Project"? process, which produces the Quality Plan.
