Decision Maker - Executive

It has become commonplace to assert the complexity of the enterprise.
Who better to feel this on a daily basis, than the managing director?
Faced with this complexity, the different professions bring their expertise. The managing director listens to them, sometimes follows their advice, but, almost always, in a state of uncertainty. If these fragmented expert opinions are valid and legitimate, how can they be articulated?
This articulation of expertise is precisely what the enterprise methodology is designed to do.

We believe that a lot of energy is lost in enterprises, as the expertise and actions of various individuals do not fall within an overall framework. Such a framework is a sine qua non condition to get the best out of the available knowledge and know-how.
For example, how do you ensure that the investment granted to represent the business processes will actually result in solutions being replaced and optimized? Or what guarantee do we have that the implementation of such a solution will bring the innovation needed to distance ourselves from the competition?

This type of question requires a global approach, holistic, encompassing all the aspects of this complex object that is the Enterprise System.

The Praxeme Institute offers decision makers an open reference method, based on market standards. The need for an enterprise to invest in a method – unnecessary as often incomplete and quickly dated – is spared.
In the case of a transformation project, such an enterprise methodology is an indispensable asset to stimulate the thought process and to organize the competences.

Please see the article, Synthesis: Praxeme an enterprise methodology, for an introduction to the enterprise methodology.
